Definitely a well kept hidden gem. This place is not well known but I hope more people discover it! I had the caramel latte and the flavor was robust and they got a new frequent customer

This place sells a very serviceable cold brew. The crew in the morning is very prompt and friendly. I would definitely come back here.

This is the definition of what a coffee shop should be; friendly, quaint, and inviting. Not only was the coffee spectacular, the deli table treats were delicious. A must stop if you're ever in Santa Rosa.

This is by far my favorite coffee spot to regularly visit. I love coming here for work. They have great coffee, service and pastries. I really love the location as a whole with large tables that make it easy to work from. It feels like a cozy coffee shop where you can sit and read, draw or work. I highly recommend it!

If you're looking for some good, locally roasted coffee in Santa Rosa, cruise over to Crooks Coffee. They happen to be family-owned and independent, which is pretty much the opposite of a chain like Starbucks, and they'll remind you of that with their funny "Starbucks sucks" merch for sale (haha)! We dug the hipster/artsy and vintage-y vibes, and ode to writer/poet Edgar Allen Poe. It's like The Raven come to life in coffee shop fashion! My hubby and I enjoyed some tasty lattes, smooth and bold with just a hint of sweetness (definitely not bitter). The only bummer was that there were really no vegan options food-wise except for an avocado toast. Baked goods/pastries are either made in-house or by a local bakery, which is great, but again, not vegan friendly which was a bit of a bummer. It's worth mentioning that Sundays are free street parking (woohoo!) and it wasn't too busy on the Sunday we dropped in around 8:45-9am. Great coffee for locals and visitors alike, and definitely worth a visit, "Quoth the raven..." ;)

If you're looking for a good coffee shop in the downtown area, Crooks is a good option. They serve up delicious pastries with their quality coffee. You can always find a good cookie or if you're looking for something more filling they have breakfast burritos too. The service is always pleasant as well. Our pick when we're thirsty for caffeine while strolling downtown!

This is the best cafe in downtown Santa Rosa. Abundant seating and good wifi make this the perfect place to get work done or just do a little reading. For some reason, the lattes always taste a little watery for some reason. Maybe the baristas run the espresso machine too long or perhaps the grinder need to be adjusted? Either way, the prices are right and the atmosphere is chill and quiet so I keep coming back.

What I ordered: -Iced Breve Latte [4/5] -Iced Crème Brûlée Latte [5/5] _ I visited Crooks Coffee in Santa Rosa because their coffee looked enticing, especially the crème brûlée latte. When I arrived, the café wasn't too busy, and we received our drinks within five minutes. The ambiance of the store is charming, with delightful decor. The crème brûlée latte was perfectly balanced--not too sweet, just right. Their breve was also delicious. I highly recommend this café!

Okay I looked up coffee shops near where we were staying and this one popped up in the top. It is a very cute warm welcoming place. I loved it. The coffee was phenomenal probably one of the best I have had.. And the scone was very tasty too.. Wish I had got 2 coffees there.. this is a must stop for coffee and cute place.. Staff were sweet as well..
